As Gikai finished his meal, Amy entered Sammy’s and was directed to a seat just two stools away from him. Soon, Gikai noticed Amy searching for the waiter and, displaying his gentlemanly manners, rose from his seat to assist her. Grateful, Amy thanked him, setting in motion a serendipitous connection that would change their lives forever. Exactly one year later, on 11/11/23, in the very city of Tokyo, Japan; Gikai proposed to Amy, transforming their shared journey into an unforgettable romance.
