Hotel
We are offering two options for hotels at special rates. They are both close and both include breakfast with your room. The Hilton Garden Inn offers two different room rates $69 and $79 while the rooms at the Marriott are all $89. The bridal party will be staying at the Marriott and we will have a hospitality suite for the weekend there as well. We plan to provide transportation the day of the wedding from hotels to the venue so we hope you take this opportunity for a fun, safe night out and take advantage of the transportation and hotel options.
Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved for December 24, 2019 - December 29, 2019. The special room rate will be available until December 5th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Your discounted rate includes our deluxe full hot buffet breakfast including Cooked-To-Order eggs, Belgian waffles, pancakes and French toast plus much more! Two Room Options Available: 2 Queens for $79 per night 1 King bed or $69 per night We will be providing transportation the day of the wedding to and from the wedding venue and this hotel.
Shuttle

We are excited to be able to provide all of our guests staying in either hotel transportation to and from the wedding site. If you plan on drinking at all or are from out of town, we highly recommend and prefer you use the transportation we are providing. We have chartered a bus that will run from 4:00PM -12AM. You will get a firm bus schedule upon check in at your hotel but know first bus load will be picking up at the hotels around 4:00 for a 4:30 delivery to the venue. Our family and significant others to those in the bridal party should be ready to take this first bus. Other guest staying at the hotels can expect to be picked up between 4:45 & 5:00PM. The busses will take you back to your hotels as needed starting around 8PM with the last bus leaving the venue at 11:30PM.
Flight
If flying we recommend coming in to ATL. It is Delta's hub. Hopefully this will provide you lot of opportunity for flight times. AIRPORT TO HOTELS Hotels will be based out of Alpharetta, GA which is Aprox. 40 min north of the airport using GA 400. This is also near the wedding venue. AIRPORT TO WOODSTOCK If heading towards Woodstock, GA when arriving - this is also aprox. 40 min north of the airport - utilizing interstate 75 North & 575 North. **Please note, Atlanta is famous for our traffic. Please plan extra time when getting around**
