TravelTravel

We are so grateful that you are traveling to O‘ahu to celebrate our wedding with us. We know destination weddings require extra planning, time, and cost, so we have included hotel suggestions, flight guidance, transportation details, and island tips below to make things easier! We recommend booking flights and accommodations as early as possible, as this is usually the best way to find better rates for Hawai‘i. Waikīkī is very walkable, and Uber/Lyft are easy to use, so a rental car is not always necessary. If you plan to explore other parts of the island, like the North Shore, you may want to rent a car through a rental agency or Turo. For the wedding day, we will provide a 60-seat charter bus from Waikīkī to the ceremony at Kualoa Ranch, with return transportation from the wedding to Waikīkī. We highly recommend using the shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the night safely. Please reach out to Devin or Amy with any questions. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in Hawai‘i!

Travel Note

Where do I fly into?Where do I fly into?

Please fly into Honolulu / Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) This is the main airport on O‘ahu and the closest airport for guests staying in Waikīkī and attending the wedding at Kualoa Ranch.

Travel Note

Where should I stay?Where should I stay?

We recommend staying in or near Waikīkī, especially if you plan to use the wedding day shuttle. Waikīkī has plenty of hotel options, restaurants, shops, beaches, and walkable areas, making it an easy and convenient home base for the weekend. The shuttle pickup will be located in Waikīkī, so staying nearby will make wedding day transportation much easier!

Travel Note

When should I arrive?When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding. This will give you time to settle in, adjust after traveling, and account for any possible flight delays. It also gives you a little extra time to enjoy O‘ahu before the wedding day festivities begin!
