Guests may begin arriving at the venue at 5pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm.
We are hoping that, weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. If we are unable to do so, venue staff will direct guests to the indoor ceremony space upon arrival.
The 32 passenger shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:30 and leave by 4:45. If you miss that first shuttle, it will return for any guests who did not make the first bus. Once all guests have been transported to the venue, it remains on site at the venue and will bring everyone back at the end of the night starting at 11pm.
