Answer
Fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA). It’s approximately a 15-minute drive to the hotel and venue. Rideshares are readily available at the airport and run about $20-$35 to the hotel depending on time.

Where will we be staying?
Answer
We have a limited hotel block at the Noelle where the event is taking place. Since this is downtown Nashville you have your pick of about any hotel franchise you can think of. Mariott across the street has comparable prices to the hotel block, there are Hiltons and other brands nearby as well. If you have any specific questions please, reach out to us directly before booking.

Parking and Valet Information
Answer
Valet at Noelle is the easiest and safest option. Your car will be stored in a secure, monitored facility off-site. Pricing is $30 for the wedding night and $65 per night otherwise. Driving in and want to save on parking? You’re welcome to leave your car at our house in Hendersonville and take a Lyft downtown — just let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate.

Dress Code

We’re aiming for cocktail/semi-formal—dressy but comfortable. If you have a suit or blazer and want to wear it, awesome, but it’s definitely not required. Just something a little nicer than everyday wear.

Weather Expectations

February weather in Tennessee can vary, so we recommend dressing in layers. Daytime temperatures are often mild, but evenings can get chilly.

Is there a rehearsal dinner?

No. If you’ll be in town Friday evening, we’ll be gathering on the second floor of Mother's Ruin (second floor). Please join us for cocktails and a proper start to the weekend.

Nashville has so much to offer, and we hope you’ll experience it in whatever way feels most fun to you. We’ll post a few optional group activities here on the site if you’d like to join us, but there’s no pressure at all — make the weekend your own.
