The shuttle bus will arrive to the front of the hotel at 3:35pm and will be departing by 3:45pm!

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Aria - Ballroom B

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

During cocktail hour we will have an open bar, hot hors d'oeuvres, and yummy snacks!

10:00 pm - 10:15 pm

Courtyard by Marriott Southington

This will be the first shuttle ride back to the hotel from Aria, it will depart by 10:00pm!

11:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Courtyard by Marriott Southington

This will be your last chance to catch a ride back to the hotel, it will depart by 11:15pm!
