How do I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP through our website. RSVP will be available following the receipt of formal invitations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire: think suits and ties, cocktail or long dresses. Spring colors encouraged! The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) on grass so plan footwear accordingly.

Will there be transportation to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we will provide round-trip shuttles from the Kimpton Palomar Hotel in Center City Philadelphia to Glen Foerd. The shuttle will depart at 4:00 from the hotel and at 11:00 from Glen Foerd. Please include in your RSVP if you will be utilizing the shuttle.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20–25 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony - please keep phones off until after the ceremony. Photos are highly encouraged during cocktail hour and reception!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. Glen Foerd has on-site parking free for all guests. Complimentary valet parking is also available.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if their invitation specifically includes one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The ceremony will be adults-only, with the exception of older kids/teens included on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences?

Answer

Yes! Please list dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and our caterer will happily accommodate as best as possible.
