Travel Note
A note from Montague Retreat Center Ripley Road is closed at the back entrance to our facility. Your GPS may try to direct you to that entrance. Please follow these directions to arrive to the front entrance, and look for our signs along North Leverett Road!: From the NORTH: Don't turn left onto Ripley Road off Route 63. Instead, continue southbound on Route 63 for 0.8 miles and turn left onto North Leverett Road. Proceed for approximately 1.5 miles and turn left on West Chestnut Hill Road. Bear left onto Ripley Road and follow for 0.4 miles to arrive at the Barn at the Montague Retreat Center! From the SOUTH and WEST: Ignore any direction advising you to turn left onto Spaulding Brook Road off North Leverett Road. Instead, continue eastbound on North Leverett Road for 0.1 miles, turn left onto West Chestnut Hill Road and left again onto Ripley Road.
Flight
Located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, Bradley International Airport is the closest major airport to the venue, approximately a 1–1.5 hour drive away.

Boston Logan International Airport is approximately a 2–2.5 hour drive from the venue and may offer additional direct flight options for guests traveling from farther distances.

Guests can take Amtrak into Springfield (about 45 minutes from Montague) or Northampton (about 20 minutes from Montague)

A room block has been reserved at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hadley Amherst for guests attending the wedding weekend. Group Rate: $389/night Stay Dates: October 2–4, 2026 Please note that this hotel requires a two-night minimum stay. A limited number of rooms are available at the discounted group rate and reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by August 7, 2026. After this date, room availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.

A room block has been reserved at The Deerfield Inn for guests attending the wedding weekend. To reserve a room within the block, please call the hotel directly at (413) 774-5587 and reference “Amy & Chad’s Wedding” when booking. A limited number of rooms are available and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis based on hotel availability.

A room block has been reserved at Hampton Inn & Suites Greenfield for guests attending the wedding weekend. Guests may reserve their room by calling the hotel directly at (413) 773-0057, extension 0, and requesting the “Pooser & Schumacher” room block, or by using the reservation link. Reservations must be made by September 1, 2026 in order to receive the discounted group rate. After this date, room availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guests interested in staying at Hotel Northampton are encouraged to book directly with the hotel as availability may be limited.

Travel Note
If you are not in the wedding party, please drive up the hill, park & walk over to the ceremony circle. There will be someone there to welcome you. If you are in the wedding party or if you are an elder, please park facing the Barn. There are 3 parking spots to the right of the cabins, one for each. Please do not park on the sides of the road or anywhere on the grass.
