I still need to book a room. How can I do that?

If you still need to book a room you have two options. 1) Book directly through the hotel. If you do this please just let us know what day you are checking in and checking out. 2) Reach out to Ursula at Hola Weddings. Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please check your expiration date and make sure your passport will be valid for your travel dates. Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months past your travel dates. If your passport is supposed to expire anytime before April 14th we would recommend getting it renewed before travel.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Beach Semi-Formal Think breezy, polished, and tropical! We invite our guests to wear attire that is elegant yet comfortable for a beach celebration. Gentlemen: Slacks, chinos, linen trousers, or dress pants paired with a long- or short-sleeve button-down shirt. Solid colors, stripes, or subtle patterns are all great choices. Please no jeans or Hawaiian-style shirts. Ladies: Dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are all wonderful choices. Lightweight fabrics, bright colors, floral prints, tropical-inspired prints, and solid colors are all welcome. Our ceremony will take place on the beach, and a shoe drop will be available before the ceremony. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held on the terrace, so choose footwear that you’ll be comfortable wearing throughout the evening.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP by 8/1/206. Invites have gone out with a QR to allow you to RSVP. It is important that you RSVP so that you can choose which meal you would like for the reception. If you have any question please reach out!

What is the weather like in Cancun in October?

Answer

October in Cancún is warm, tropical, and beautiful! You can expect daytime temperatures in the mid-80s and evenings in the upper 70s with moderate humidity.
