Our very first jobs were at the Target in our small city. It was both of our first jobs and ultimately lead us to finally meet in 2010. While it may have seemed like a coincidental meeting, we soon learned our entire lives were closer intertwined than we had previously thought. We had gone to the same summer daycare as children, attended the same high school, ate lunch in the same area, played soccer in the same league, were friends with the same sets of siblings, and eventually lived around the corner from each other. Even our siblings knew each other, but our own paths had never crossed. We didn't first notice each other until we were paired up for inventory at work. We spent four hours talking, joking, and hiding from our bosses. That was the night that everything changed for us and we went from coworkers, to friends, to boyfriend/girlfriend, to an engaged couple. Despite the ups, downs, and times of personal growth, our relationship has always been like that night of inventory. There is laughter, joy, and unending love and support. We can't wait to start the next chapter of our lives together and celebrate the momentous occasion with you!
