*Please note! It will take 42 minutes to drive from Tulsa to The Farm (so plan on leaving Tulsa at 4pm to make it to the ceremony on time). You will need a car or to ride with someone who has one! Excited to see you there! - A & J

Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 5pm (CST) on the Ogle Family Farm in Drumright, Oklahoma.

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma (about a 40-minute drive from the ceremony) immediately following the wedding at The Farm. Our best guess? We'll start serving appetizers and cocktails at 6:30pm with dinner and dancing to follow!

Question

Will we need a car?

Answer

YES. Big yes. The ceremony is 30 minutes southeast of Tulsa, OK and UBER and LYFT will not take you there. You'll want to drive, rent a car, or plan to ride with another guest!

Question

Do we need to plan to spend the weekend in Oklahoma?

Answer

Yes, it would be a good idea to plan for a long, lovely weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You can rent an Airbnb, spend the weekend camping, or stay at The Mayo Hotel where our wedding reception will be held (discounted room rates found on our "Travel" page).

Question

We want to fly. What city do we fly into?

Answer

Tulsa International Airport is going to be your best bet. Too expensive? You can also fly into Oklahoma City and rent a car (a 2-hour drive).

Question

Are masks going to be required?

Answer

In light of COVID-19 and the recent vaccination release, masks will not be required at the wedding but are encouraged for those who may be at a higher health risk. We are working with our wedding planner (Perfectly Timed Events) and the Mayo staff to ensure that the health and safety of all of our guests will be taken into account as we prepare seating charts and adhere to the current social distancing and event guidelines set in place by the CDC. We will keep you posted about any changes to our wedding. Thank you for your flexibility and grace!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

YES. We love kids. Bring them! (Just remember to RSVP for them so they have a seat at the table!)

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. There will be an outdoor ceremony on the lawn at The Farm (God-willing, with no rain!) and indoor reception at The Mayo Hotel Crystal Ballroom.
