Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

It is important that you arrive at the venue between 3:00-3:30PM to be shuttled to the outdoor ceremony space.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be located? Is it outside or inside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located at In The Woods in Rockmart, GA. The ceremony will be outside under a covered pavilion. The reception will be mostly inside with some outdoor spaces available.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The couple is registered through Zola, Target, and Amazon. Check out the Registry section of this website for more information and links.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at The Embassy Suites in Kennesaw. See the Travel section of this website to find out more information and for directions on how to book your room. The group cutoff date is August 29th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided from the hotel to the venue. Please, plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Once you park, you will be shuttled from the parking lot to the outdoor ceremony space. At the conclusion of the ceremony, you will be shuttled from the ceremony space back to the reception space and parking lot, which are located next to each other.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please, RSVP by August 25th at the latest. You can RSVP through the RSVP section of the website. To do so, simply type in the name as it was displayed on your invitation to access your RSVP link. You can use any name in the invitation. Problems? Let Amy or Keaton know.
