For guests flying in, the closest airport is The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID). 🛬 Getting Here CID is a smaller regional airport, so most flights will include a connection through major hubs like Chicago O’Hare International Airport or Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. 🛄 Upon Arrival Baggage claim is quick and easy, and the airport is simple to navigate—just follow the signs after landing. 🌍 International Guests If you’re traveling from outside the U.S., you’ll go through customs at your **first U.S. airport**, not in Cedar Rapids. Be sure to allow enough time for your connection. 🚗 Transportation Rental cars, taxis, and rideshare services are available right outside the terminal for easy access to your hotel or venue.
