There is a dirt parking lot with shuttle service for guests to get to the ceremony. Guests can leave their car over night, as needed until 10:00 AM January 3, 2026.
The venue accommodates all ranges of mobility and has the shuttle service available to assist anybody for the duration of the ceremony and reception.
The venue can adapt to an indoor ceremony; so we will monitor the weather and plan accordingly. Although the parking lot is dirt, most of the reception area is paved.
You are welcome to bring your kids, however we do not have any designated area or person to supervise them.
You can expect crisp, mild winter weather — daytime highs around 65 °F (18 °C) with evening lows dipping to the upper 40s °F (9 °C). Rain is possible, with about a 14 % daily chance and around 2–3 in (50–80 mm) of total rainfall for the month. We will monitor the weather more closer to the event.
Welcome Event: Casual. Swing by in whatever is comfortable since it is all about relaxing and visiting with each other. Ceremony and Reception: Elevated semi-formal. Ties and coats are a nice touch but not required. Comfortable-but-nice footwear is encouraged; especially since part of the celebration is outdoors.
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors. The reception will primarily take place in an open-air pavilion; so we will be covered but not disconnected from the outdoors! Feel free to roam the venue space and enjoy some of the natural features.
We have professional photography and videography occurring throughout the event. We ask that you please keep your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. After the ceremony please feel free to use your devices to help make memories!
