What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal dress code, please no causal clothing. No need for black tie, but let’s keep it classy! Ladies, a nice dress or jumpsuit, and gents, a dress shirt with slacks (a jacket is a bonus!). Please try to avoid colors like blush pinks, maroon, and white. Most importantly, wear something you can dance in—we’re here to celebrate!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at Columbus Banquet Hall– 4880 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, FL 34232. The ceremony will start at 2:00pm, followed by a reception at 3:30pm.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a huge parking lot right in front of the building. However, if you need any accommodations to assist with the walk or parking, please let us know—we’ll be happy to help!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP-only, and we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love children, and while we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask that only children 10 and older attend—except for the little ones in our wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, there will be a moment to take pictures with the bride and groom outside—weather permitting!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding is in Florida in April, so expect warm temperatures with a chance of humidity! It’s a good idea to dress comfortably, and if we step outside for photos, you may want sunglasses or light layers.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar, but we’re kicking things off with a $250 deposit for drinks! Once that runs out, it will transition to a cash bar. So grab a drink and enjoy the celebration!

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food options for me?

Answer

We’ll be serving a delicious American and Mexican buffet! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding starts at 2:00 PM, so we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to find your seat and get settled. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ll miss you, but we understand! Please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so we can fully enjoy the moment together

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Zola! You can find our registry by clicking on the "Registry" tab on our wedding website. Your presence is truly the best gift, but if you’d like to give something, we appreciate it so much!

What’s the after-party plan?

Answer

Yes! After the reception, we’ll be heading to Fanatics Sports Bar & Grill to keep the celebration going. We’d love for you to join us for drinks, laughs, and more memories!
