He first noticed Ammie at a worship and prayer night in October 2024. She was wearing a bright orange dress, and he couldn’t stop looking at her. From that first glance, he was drawn to her gentle, joyful spirit and the warmth she radiates. Ammie, on the other hand, noticed his overflowing joy in the Lord and his genuine kindness — it was impossible not to feel drawn to someone with such a heart for God and others. Our first conversations were full of laughter, curiosity, and shared faith. One of our earliest favorite memories was a simple outing to Irvine Spectrum before we even started dating. We spent hours asking each other questions, sharing dreams, and learning about each other’s hearts. That day, Ammie surprised him by admitting she liked him, and from that moment, nothing felt the same. As we grew closer, our love for each other deepened through prayer, conversations about God, and moments of vulnerability. One of the most unforgettable memories was during Ammie’s missions trip to New York — we spent over thirty minutes praying together over FaceTime, both of us moved to tears as we sat in the presence of the Lord. Those moments reminded us that our love is not just for each other, but also rooted in our shared faith and desire to serve God. We fell in love with the little things as much as the big moments — his gentleness, patience, and joy, and her calm, steady, and kind spirit. From the first weeks of dating, it was clear we were meant to grow together, support each other, and pursue the life God has called us to. We realized early on that it would be an honor to serve the Lord and each other as husband and wife, laying down our lives in love and choice every day. Now, as we prepare to begin this new chapter, we are excited to serve God side by side, build a Christ-centered marriage, and dream about the future He has for us — together as best friends, partners, and now soon, husband and wife. Three words that sum up our relationship? Jesus. Jesus. JESUS!
