We have attached RSVP slips and return envelopes inside the invitation. Please have them in the mail by no later than August 1st.
We recommend arriving at 3:00pm to allow time to find your seat, the ceremony begins at 3:30pm.
The ceremony is cocktail attire, but please note that the seating is on grass so footwear may need to be adjusted. There is no dress code to the Bou Bhat (open house).
If your invitation says "and guest", most certainly bring a date. Children are welcome and should have been listed on the invitation. Otherwise, we cannot accommodate extra individuals simply due to venue capacity. If you have any concerns about this, please reach out to us.
Dinner will be served buffet style with ingredients listed so there should be something that can work for everyone. If you are concerned, we encourage you to talk with us beforehand. We will make sure you have options!
The day after the wedding (Sunday, September 19th) we are having a Bou Bhat (open house). This is a traditional Bengali wedding event that is a casual attire, optional after-party at the groom's parents house with snacks and socialization for anyone who wishes to attend. The location is only 15 minutes west of the wedding venue, and address information can be found under the schedule tab of this website.
There is plenty of parking at the ceremony site, and we do not foresee this being a problem at all. If for some reason there is an issue on the day of the event, please contact us.
They are at the same site, there is no need!
