We met on Hinge — modern romance at its finest! Yashika had just moved to LA and, as a brand-new driver, wasn’t venturing too far. Her Hinge radius was set to just 3 miles (safety first!). Amit, on the other hand, lived 45 miles away but happened to be in town visiting friends when fate — or rather, an algorithm — brought us together. One right swipe later, we started chatting, exchanged numbers, and instantly hit it off. Our first date was at Alamitos Beach — easygoing, full of laughter, and somehow felt like we’d known each other for years. Yashika even ended up inviting Amit to a game night with her friends that same evening (a bold move that clearly worked out!). And the rest, as they say, is history. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter — saying “I do” on February 25th, 2026.
