The two of us met at work, in two completely different places in our lives. Alex says that it was love at first sight. They worked together for the next 3 years developing a wonderful friendship and keeping in daily contact until Alex changed roles. Although their contact was sparse, they always checked on one another and kept in touch. After a year, and a few beers Alex finally asked Rachael out on a proper date. Since that day, they have been inseparable and have grown to love each other more every day.

Which one? Alex had been “proposing” to Rachael for months. He wasn’t very quiet about selecting her ring and proposal ideas. This is the same guy that said “I love you” for the first time over pineapple juice in Trader Joe’s. He had the ring in his possession for a grand total of 25 minutes before he couldn’t keep it to himself anymore and he proposed privately in the middle of their hallway.
