FAQs

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Please join us in elegant formal attire as we honor this special occasion. Our wedding ceremony will be held at our house of worship, Mosque Maryam. Out of respect for Muslim wedding traditions, we kindly ask that all guests dress modestly, simply avoiding low-cut styles, sleeveless tops or revealing silhouettes. Our colors for the day are maroon, blush pink and tan. Please refrain from wearing the color white, which is reserved for the beautiful bride. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP no later than September 5, 2026. This is to ensure a smooth celebration and that we have everything in place to accommodate your presence. If your plans change after September 5, please update your RSVP accordingly as soon as possible.

Question

What should I expect upon arrival at the wedding venue?

Answer

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, there will be a very brief security check upon arrival, including bag checks and a respectful personal check. Please refrain from carrying items that will not be allowed (i.e. cigarettes, mace, lighters, or the like, as well as food or drink). We kindly ask that guests arrive a bit early (no later than 3:30) to allow time for this process. If you have any questions, please contact the couple! We thank you in advance for your patience and kindness!

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue provides ample free parking on site as well as security.

Question

Is there a wedding registry? If so, where?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the Registry section of our website. We have registries with Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Zola where you can purchase gifts or contribute to cash funds. Please reach out to the couple if you have any questions or need assistance. We are so thankful for your kindness and support as we enter this new chapter together as husband and wife.
