Ceremony

We recommend that guests arrive at 4:00 pm to ensure they are comfortably seated by 4:10 pm. Upon arrival, guests should head directly to the north side of the venue, where the outdoor ceremony will be taking place! After the ceremony has concluded, guests can make their way inside the venue for pre-reception cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:15 pm
There are two ways to enter the venue, either through the main entrance or the side entrance. If you enter through the main doors, please follow the hallway on the right-hand side, which will lead you straight to our ballroom. If you choose to use the side entrance, it opens directly to our ballroom, and is where the closest restrooms are located. We recommend using this door when you're departing, since it is closest to the parking lot. There will be a sign-in table for guests before entering the ballroom, right next to the doors, and the gift table will be located inside the ballroom! Dinner will be served buffet-style starting at 5:30 PM, and the open bar will be available from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm (the bar will not close during dinner).
