IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. Please following the parking signs when you get on site. If you have mobility issues there is also a golf cart that can take you to the ceremony location. Please be sure to let us know in advance and not the day of.

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through our wedding website. To RSVP, Click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. We understand things happen and something might come up where you can no longer attend. Please try to let us know way in advance if you can no longer make it.

Entrees: Herb grilled chicken and Smoked Brisket Side Dishes: Traditional caesar salad, Smashies: twice cooked potatoes, Seasonal vegetables and Sourdough bread. Please be sure to let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions ASAP

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm, please arrive at lease 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Check out the “Travel” page on our site for more information on hotel room blocks. If you’re planning on staying be sure to book your room soon as there are a limited number of rooms that are blocked.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our guests is Summer Formal. Guests are invited and encouraged to help us celebrate in style! Please indulge us by making our day special by dressing to the nines in bright summer colors! Have fun with this add textures and dimensions. Please refrain from wearing white Ladies: Formal Evening Maxi, a Dressy Cocktail Midi Dress or a Chic Pant Suit! Gentlemen: Black, Linen or Color Suite or Tux!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love little ones! However, this will be a kidless wedding. We encourage to use this evening as a date night!

WILL THERE BE OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will have open bar which includes 3 signature drinks, 3 types of wine and 2 types of beer. There will be no other type of alcohol available.
