We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 to have time to find a seat and get settled. Traffic into Columbia can pick up between 4-5pm, so please plan accordingly. If you would like to arrive earlier, the venue has a bar open to the public for you to enjoy before our celebration begins.

Yes, parking is on-site. You are allowed to leave a car overnight, but the venue requests all cars be picked up by 10am the following day. All cars left past 10am are subject to towing at the owners expense.
Yes! A shuttle service will pick up from both the Hampton Inn and the Principal Hotel in Columbia. Shuttle pickup times will be approximately 4:00p and 4:20p. As stated above, if you would like to ride the earlier shuttle, the venue has a bar that is open to the public. Feel free to grab a drink before our celebration to stagger the amount of guests riding the shuttle at one time. The shuttle can return to the hotels at any point in the night.
