Please use the link provided when booking the hotel for the room blocks. The blocks are for Friday night and Saturday night, you can choose to stay one night as well as I have the blocks for both nights. To receive the room block rate please reserve before October 19th.

Please use the link to book under the room block. Just change the dates to the wedding and the group code is already pre-populated in your search. If you choose to do so, you can always call the hotel to make reservations and reference the Varnadeaux Harris Wedding and you will be able to get the rate as well. The hotel has asked that anyone staying that is wanting to use the shuttle – call the hotel and let them know so you can be added to the sign up sheet. The number for the hotel direct is 940-627-0776. This hotel will provide a free shuttle to and from the wedding if you choose to stay at the hotel. But you do need to call the hotel and let them know so you can be added to the list. To receive the room block rate please reserve before October 18th.
