For those flying in, Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is about 40 minutes from Lancaster. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about 1 hour 15 minutes away, and you can also take the Amtrak from Philadelphia into Lancaster City. If you have any travel questions shoot us a text, we’re happy to help. We recommend staying in Lancaster City, since the reception is there and you’ll be close to everything at the end of the night. Some recommendations are below, air bnb always has great options in the city too. If you prefer something a little outside the city, we will also list a few great spots in Lititz, PA (perfect if you want to make a quaint wintery weekend out of your trip).

Ceremony Parking

The Executive is located inside the Brossman Building Complex. There is a free parking garage behind the building on Rose St. or street parking is available right in front of the building. If you park in the garage, you’ll enter through the back of the building; if you park on the street, you’ll enter through the front. From either entrance, take the gold elevators to the 6th floor to reach the ceremony space.

Reception Parking

There are two convenient options for reception parking: Hager Parking Lot: Located directly behind HiFi (where we usually park). Prince Street Garage: Located right in front of HiFi and an easy walk to the entrance. Both locations are close and easy to navigate, so choose whatever works best for you!
