Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love children! All children are welcome to attend and enjoy. We ask that you keep your children close by to avoid any accidents considering the event will include an open bar.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come and appreciate the invitation not being extended to those not addressed unless otherwise previously discussed. Please ensure you are RSVPing for yourself and your pre-approved guest. Due to space we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is there parking nearby?

Answer

Parking is free and will be in an open lot only a few steps away from the reception and ceremony area.

Is there a Dress code? Any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We ask that you please show up in cocktail attire (Dress to impress). Please refrain from wearing any colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride (white, ivory, champagne, cream, Etc.)

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Tonight’s drinks will be free and tomorrow’s memories will be priceless.

Will transportation to and from the venue be included?

Answer

The bride and groom encourage all guest who plan on drinking to book accommodations to and from the venue. Transportation will not be provided. We ask that if you plan on drinking please ensure you have a safe ride home.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and rsvp ‘no’ so we can plan accordingly, thank you!

Can I take pictures and videos with my personal camera?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, which means we kindly ask that all phones are on silent and put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and Videographer to capture some of the most important moment and it would sadden us if moment are unable to be captured due to phones being in the way. We promise to share all moments caught when we receive them back. We will allow a media minute, which when announced everyone will have a minute to take any photographs and videos they would like before we exit the ceremony space. After the ceremony you’re welcome to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We have hired Templeton’s BBQ which will be served food truck style serving sliders with your choice of smoked brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken. Sides will include Mac and cheese & Broccoli. Please make us aware of any allergies beforehand so we can accommodate accordingly.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying and have hired a bartending service that will be handling all beverages. Due to state policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages on the premises while the bartenders are in the premises. We ask that you drink responsibly and in measure. Please do not drink and drive. All guess who appear under 40 will have to show ID to bartenders before they are served any drinks.

Can I take centerpieces home as souvenirs?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave all decor behind as most belong to the venue (centerpieces, candles, additional signage & decorations) but you’re more than welcome to take a blanket from the favor baskets.

Can I post pictures on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guest to post pictures of the reception on social media, our only request is you tag us and include our hashtags #becomingjuan so we can keep track of the pictures to have forever.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will take pictures with close family and the wedding party. You will get to enjoy drinks and small finger foods during cocktail hour and the reception will follow.

Answer

Daily high temperatures are around 52°F, rarely falling below 33°F or exceeding 69°F. The lowest daily average high temperature is 48°F
