The ceremony starts at 4:30, in order to accommodate this the shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:45 and we ask that guests who are arriving via personal vehicle please be seated by 4:15
Please be prepared to enjoy a date night on Christina & Kyle! Due to venue safety restrictions, the couple will be hosting a game & movie night for guests who are under the age of 18 years old with a babysitter & refreshments provided by the couple. Christina & Kyle have set up a block of hotel rooms at the Country Inn and Suites for 30 rooms.
Please reach out to 540-207-0250 for food allergies and the couple will coordinate with the caterer as much as possible. Currently, there is a plan for vegan, gluten and dairy free options for those who require that diet
There is parking at the venue site for those who would like to drive to the venue instead of riding on the Fredericksburg Trolley.
Christina and Kyle have booked the Fredericksburg Trolley to transport from the Country Inn and Suites to the venue and then back to the venue.
