Is this a wedding?
Answer
Nope! We didn't want to make you suffer through the boring part, so we opted to stick with what we know best, the fun part :) Chris and Alyssa eloped in February, but we missed our friends and family and look forward to celebrating with you at the party.

Is there a room block or scheduled transportation?
Answer
We do not have a room block or scheduled transportation but we would be happy to answer any questions about booking a hotel and a ride share/taxi.

How do I get into the Foundation Room?
Answer
Through the black doors to the right of the blue House of Blues doors. There will be security out front behind a podium waiting to greet you. The Foundation Room is technically on the second level of the House of Blues but has its own entrance.

What should I wear?
Answer
Follow your heart! Alyssa will be dressing up, Chris will be dressing... like Chris. Semi-formal if you must label it.

Will there be dinner?
Answer
There will not be a formal, sit down dinner. We will however have heavy apps and an open bar to get your graze on. Gluten free options will also be available.

Is there parking?
Answer
There is a paid parking garage on Lansdowne street (45 Lansdowne St), or at the end of the street (203 Ipswich St.). Both are not guaranteed so we recommend a ride share if possible.

What time should I come?
Answer
Arrive and leave whenever your heart desires! We don't expect everyone to be there for the entire duration of the event. Feel free to arrive later if you're saving your energy for the after party :)

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Do you even know us? Of course there is! Please visit the schedule tab for the information. Please note that the after party is cash only! Chris and Alyssa will bring extra cash if you forget to grab some.

How many Suncruisers will be drank?

The limit does not exist. We will have an open bar so we hope you make us proud :)

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Our venue typically does not allow children, however with special permission we are only able to include our three nieces. We kindly ask that all other guests plan for an adults-only evening, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there a coat and bag check?
Answer
Sure is! The weather in New England is always a gamble, but we are prepared if coats are needed. Please also note that because this venue is attached to a music hall, the rules for entry will be the same; bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue and all bags will be subject to be searched prior to entry.
Question
What should I do if there is an event at Fenway or on Lansdowne on Oct 3?
Answer
Being next to Fenway and multiple music halls does present a little bit of a speed bump. If there is a concert that night, or the Red Sox make the playoffs, Lansdowne street will be closed and you'll need to be dropped off as close as your driver allows and walk down the street to the venue. We will update this answer closer to the day of the event with any known issues for the day.
