I would prefer you RSVP as soon as you can, but ideally no later than December of 2025.
As much as we love your kids, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. This excludes the kids that will be a part of the wedding ceremony. We hope you'll take this day as an opportunity to enjoy a date night. We appreciate everyone making arrangements for the night in order to come out and celebrate our special day!
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those that are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be shown on your RSVP card. Please respect our wishes as we intend to make this an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family.
Yes, the sun will be shining (hopefully). Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure you dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
The ceremony will begin promptly after 5pm. We ask that guests arrive between 4pm-4:30pm to have time to park, mingle and find a seat.
If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is concluded. If this does happen, you're more than welcome to hang tight on the back deck and may watch the ceremony from there. You will be able to walk straight to the reception area after the recessional. We will see you at the reception, thank you for understanding!
We'd love to see everyone dress to impress! We ask that you wear your best pink formal garden attire. *Remember it will be warm outside* The wedding is very pink encouraged!! Ladies, please do NOT wear white/off white clothing. Gentlemen, starched jeans are okay! Anything khaki, tan, brown, or denim works great too. A nice button up shirt will do.
Giving that the event is outside, if you NEED to make a fashion statement, I would highly suggest wearing anything with a thicker wedge/heel due to everything being on gravel and grass outside. Sandals and flats are also a good idea to consider!
You will be missed dearly, but if you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and mark "no" on the RSVP link so that can help us plan accordingly.
CEREMONY: We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that everyone respects our wishes and put away and silence all phones/cameras so that our guests can be 100% present with us in the moment. Respectfully, we prefer seeing everyones faces, instead of a silly phone. Don't worry, we will share our pictures with everyone!! RECEPTION: We HIGHLY recommend everyone take pictures at the reception! A barcode will be placed at all tables for everyone to share the pictures captured throughout the night, just to make things a little easier for everyone! We hope everyone uses this to their advantage!
