Flight
When booking your flights, you will want to fly into Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) — it is the main airport in Hyderabad and about 30–40 minutes away from most of the wedding festivities (depending on traffic, and yes, Hyderabad traffic is part of the adventure!). If you need help with airport pickups or any travel questions, just let us know — we are here to make it all easy for you!
Shuttle
April 21, 2025 6:00 pm
A dedicated shuttle service will run between the main hotel and all wedding venues. Each group will be assigned a specific car for the duration of the celebrations, so you can enjoy the festivities without worrying about transport.
House Or Rental
If you are picking your own place to stay during your time in Hyderabad, here is a little list of spots we love, from fancy to cozy: Taj Krishna, Hyderabad (Banjara Hills) – If you want to live your royal dreams while being super close to all the shopping and city buzz, this is the one. Gardens, gorgeous rooms, old-school glam — all the good stuff. ITC Kohinoor, Hyderabad (Gachibowli) – Sleek, stylish, and very very comfy — plus, it's close to most of the wedding madness, so you won't miss a thing. Trident Hyderabad (HITEC City) – Peaceful, polished, and super friendly. If you want a more chill but still luxe vibe, this one’s a winner. Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel (Gachibowli) – Modern, cozy, and a good base if you plan to sneak in naps between all the food, dancing, and festivities. Hyatt Place Hyderabad (Banjara Hills) – Chill, cheerful, and smack in the middle of the action — a solid pick for a super easy stay. The Golconda Hotel (Masab Tank) – Full of Hyderabadi charm and super friendly vibes, this one’s perfect if you want something simple, comfy, and close to everything. Pick whatever suits best! If you need more suggestions, help with bookings, or just want to panic-text us while choosing, Amer and Mish are just a message away.
Travel Note
1. Keep Some Cash Handy While digital payments (like Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Indian apps like Paytm) are popular, smaller shops, street vendors, and tuk-tuks often prefer cash. Having some Indian Rupees on hand is always a good idea! 2. Bottled Water is Your Best Friend Stick to bottled or filtered water—avoid drinking tap water, including ice in drinks when you're unsure of the source. Pro tip: grab a few bottles for your hotel room and while you're out exploring. 3. Embrace the Chaos (Traffic Edition) Traffic can be... spirited. Always plan a little extra time to get from place to place, especially if you're heading to an event. Hyderabad moves on its own schedule! 4. Dress Smart & Comfortable It might be warm and sunny during the day and cooler in the evenings, so bring light, breathable fabrics. And don’t stress—comfort and cultural appreciation go a long way here. 5. Internet & Connectivity Most hotels and cafes have solid Wi-Fi, but if you’d like more reliable internet on the go, consider turning on international roaming or getting an eSIM to stay connected during your stay. 6. Pack Some Essentials A few handy things: hand sanitizer, wet wipes, sunscreen, Imodium (just in case), and any medications you may need. Pharmacies are easy to find, but it’s always good to be prepared. 7. Be Curious & Have Fun Indian weddings are full of color, music, food, and energy—don’t be afraid to dance, try new things, or ask questions. You’re going to love it.
