What is the wedding attire?

Answer

We are asking our guests to don their most comfortable garden party attire. For guys and gals, think florals, fun patterns, spring colors, flowy and cool. The ceremony will take place indoors with AC, while the reception will be largely in a covered outdoor space. Make sure you check the weather!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Around 3:45PM to allow time to find parking and find a seat at the Baughman Center. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

The main parking lot for the Baughman Center is just south of the building https://maps.app.goo.gl/RSLhUuBFX2znQ6MT6 If that parking lot gets full, there is a backup parking lot for the UF Bat Houses just north of the Baughman Center https://maps.app.goo.gl/nk2Cb3jofmXJYtuC6

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

While the cocktail hour will officially begin at 5pm, the Depot venue will be open earlier so you are welcome to head over to the reception upon the conclusion of the ceremony if you'd like. The Depot Event Space 201 SE Depot Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601

Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

The reception will take place at the Boxcar, the orange rectangle on the map linked below. Feel free to park at either of the pink Depot parking lots. You may also park on the street to the north or in the GRU parking lot. https://www.depotpark.org/directions

What food will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, where everyone is welcome to get a serving of steak and chicken! If you elected the tofu option, your plated meal will be served to your table. There will be side and salad options as well.
