What should I wear?

Answer

This event requires Formal / Black tie. Avoid all neon or really bright colors. We'd prefer solid black, deep emerald green, forest green, charcoal grey, gold, champagne, pastel yellow, green, and pink. If you think to yourself "is this too close to white?" the answer is yes.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be a 13+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Ceremony will be outside at Winsome Grove Reception will be inside the barn at Winsome Grove

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated in a timely manner.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Once you pull into the venue, there are signs that will tell you where you can park. Parking is on the grass.. but a short walk to the actual venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself ... physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We will have a photographer, but if you really feel the need to take a photo or video, please try to make it discrete!
