We recommend guests stay at either the Carmel Mission Inn or any hotel of your choosing in downtown Carmel. We have not booked any hotel room blocks, as we want our guests to stay at a place of their choosing.
We recommend guests arrive either Thursday, October 3rd or Friday, October 4th. If arriving on Friday, keep in mind all guests are invited to attend a welcome party in downtown Carmel at 4pm that evening. Guests may depart as early as Sunday, October 6th. We encourage guests to arrive earlier and stay later if you wish. We want you to enjoy your time in Carmel as much as we have!
This is completely up to you! We do recommend a rental car for guests interested in exploring the Carmel and Big Sur area, as well as those flying into San Jose. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the Welcome Party on Friday evening. Shuttle services will be provided to and from the wedding on Saturday, with pick up locations in downtown Carmel and at the Carmel Mission Inn.
We ask that you please RSVP no later than August 5th.
We have chosen semi formal attire for our wedding. We recommend that guests wear comfortable shoes, as portions of the evening will take place on grass. It will be chilly in the evening, so please plan accordingly.
Shuttle services will begin picking up guests at 2pm. Pick up locations will include the Carmel Mission Inn and the Carmel Plaza in downtown Carmel.
The shuttle ride will be approximately 30 minutes long.
End of evening shuttle services will begin at 9pm. The final shuttle service will be at 10pm. Shuttles will return guests to the Carmel Mission Inn and the Carmel Plaza in downtown Carmel.
