What is the dress code/ what should I wear?

Answer

This is an opportunity to dress up, not a sentencing. Many of us don't have too many occasions to dress up in a way that makes us feel beautiful/ handsome, so this is a day to do that. If you feel comfortable and attractive wearing dark jeans, or slacks, or cowboy boots go for it! Just be sure to wear something that you're willing do dance in. Dress code isn't required but dancing is! Additional notes: Don't wear a white, ivory, or nude colored gown please. Anything that is a light, neutral shade has the risk of looking too much like the bride. White pants are fine. July in LA is HOT, so plan accordingly.

Where is it and how do we park?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Throop Church in Pasadena: 300 S Los Robles Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101. There is a small parking lot that we will be reserving for elderly and wedding party members. There is plenty of parking along Del Mar and Oakland. We ask that you and your group park along these streets and make the short walk to the church :)

Can I collaborate with friends/ family and go in on a gift together?

Answer

Yes! Gifts are not required, but this is a great strategy if you do wish to give a little something. We simply ask that if you do this, you email us letting us know what was given and who contributed. If that doesn't work well for you, we are also appreciative of cash gifts. Thank you!
