Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes: Summer Formal Attire For the gentlemen: jacket & tie, suits For the ladies: summer gowns (maxi, midi, floral)

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle will be available to guests staying at the room block hotels. Please note guests staying at the Marriott can board the shuttle at the Hilton (across the parking lot) and guests at the Preston House may board the shuttle at the Hyatt (across the street). Pickup/Dropoff schedule is as follows: 4:15pm Pickup Hilton Garden Inn 4:30pm Pickup Hyatt Place 5:00pm Drop off at Vineyards 5:15pm Pickup Hilton Garden Inn 5:30 pm Pickup Hyatt Place 6:00pm Drop off at Vineyards 11:30pm Early bird shuttle leaves Vineyards 11:45pm Drop off at Hyatt 12:00am Drop off at Hilton 12:15am Final shuttle leaves Vineyards 12:30am Drop off at Hyatt 12:45am Drop off at Hilton

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 6pm! Please be mindful that the wedding is on a holiday weekend. Please allow for extra travel time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring a guest unless you were given a plus one. If you are unsure if you have a plus one, when you RSVP it will let you know.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the Vineyards at Aquebogue. Address info can be found under the events tab.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 16th. Please RSVP on this zola site on the RSVP tab. You will be asked to type in your name and will be able to RSVP for all members of your party. If you were given a plus one their name will be listed with yours. We ask that you do not bring a date if there is not a space listed for them on your RSVP form.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony on the covered patio. Get ready to eat! #baconbar
