FAQs

The Wedding Website of Amelia Hatch and Luke Lambertson
Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome and encouraged to attend. We will have a kids table during the reception equipped with several activities to keep them entertained! To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable event for all, we just kindly ask that children remain under supervision throughout the celebration. Additionally, because we will have so many activities available, we ask that you refrain from bringing any technological devices such as iPads to the wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please join us in your Sunday Best to celebrate our special day! We encourage elegant yet comfortable attire, such as dresses, dress shirts, and slacks. Kindly avoid overly casual clothing and remember it is winter so dress for warmth.

Question

Is there available parking

Answer

Yes! The Tapestry House has their own parking lot conveniently right next to our venue. We do ask, if possible, that you carpool to avoid over packing the lot.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We encourage you to show up half an hour early to ensure you can get a parking spot and be seated in a timely manner. The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm sharp.

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

You will receive a formal invitation in the fall with the RSVP information. Please RSVP by November 28th, 2025 to ensure we have a seat for you. If you do not RSVP, we cannot guarantee that we will have seating and food for everyone.

Question

What is the Drink Situation?

Answer

Beverages such as juice, soda, coffee, tea, and water are free throughout the night. Red and white wine options will be available for free during dinner. Cider and champaign will also be provided for toasts. All other alcohol will be offered at our cash bar.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our RSVP form will state if you have the option to bring a plus one. Otherwise, please only bring those addressed on your invite. If you do bring a plus one, ensure that you RSVP for them, with their name, by November 28th, 2025.

Question

Can I take photos during the Ceremony and Reception?
