We love your little ones, but given that this is a late-night New Year's Eve celebration, we've designed the evening with adults in mind. We kindly ask that the guests make childcare arrangements for the night so everyone--including you --can fully enjoy the festivities. That said, we understand that every family situation is different. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to make some suggestions or recommendations that may work for you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out to us with any food allergies or dietary concerns and we can let the hotel know. We have three options for meals to try and a diverse selection of foods at cocktail hour to try and accommodate to everyone's needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the Biltmore Garage directly behind the hotel. Current rates are $34 per day however it is operated by a company separate from the hotel so we cannot guarantee the rate
