The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. To avoid missing anything, we recommend arriving by 3:30 pm to ensure parking & seating before it begins.
Cocktail attire- the average temperature in Wilmington, NC at the end of October is 76°F for the high & 55°F for the low!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour & reception to follow will be indoor/outdoor.
There is plenty of street parking in downtown Wilmington, as well as a parking lot directly across the street from the venue where you can pay to park. There are also several parking garages in walking distance of the venue.
If you received a plus one, it will be formally addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends & family.
First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a great list of hotels near the venue, some driving, some walking distance. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to check availability & book. Airbnb is always an option also & there are A TON to choose from in Wilmington :)

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 15th, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors an accurate headcount prior.
Unfortunately our venue shuts down at 10, however, after the wedding, we plan on going to a local bar to keep the party going!
We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only.

We will be having a buffet style dinner so there is no need to preselect a meal option. Apps: Crab cakes, bruschetta & meatballs Salad: Caesar Mains: Lemon chicken piccata & sliced beef medallions Sides: Mac & cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, & a grilled vegetable medley
