This is the hotel we will be having our reception at! This is going to be the most convenient option for our guests looking for accommodations. Please use the link provided when booking to receive our discounted block rate. The room block discount is active until September 25th.

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club

This hotel is also on the Capital square, about a 10 minute walk to the hotel where our reception will be held. This is another accommodation option that is also close to the events of the day!

Best Western West Towne Suites

This is another accommodation option a little further from downtown, with some more affordable accommodation options. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive/uber to the downtown area where our festivities will be held. However, once you are downtown for the day there will be plenty of places to go between the ceremony and cocktail hour!

Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West

This hotel is a bit further away, about a 25 minute drive/uber to the downtown square where our events will be held. This hotel is more affordable though, and once you are downtown there will be plenty of places to go between our ceremony and cocktail hour!

Dane County Regional Airport (Truax Field)

This airport is the closest to our wedding location! Only about a 15 minute car ride.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport

This airport is the next closest to our wedding location. This airport is further, about an hour and a half away from downtown Madison. This airport is bigger than the Madison airport, which means there may be a wider variety of affordable flights. If you are thinking of renting a car to explore while you're in town, this may be the way to go!

Chicago O'Hare International Airport

This airport is the furthest away, about a two hour drive to downtown Madison. This airport is also the biggest! Which means flights will likely be the most affordable from here. Several bus companies such as GreyHound, leave right from the airport and come to Madison.

Parking

Our hotel is valet parking only. If you are not staying overnight at the hotel, you should still be able to park, just expect a valet experience rather than self-parking. If you prefer to self-park, there are several parking ramps surrounding the square that offer hourly/nightly parking!
