Payments & Booking

When are payments due? RSVP Deadline: July 1st, 2025 (RSVP on our wedding website) Book By Date: September 1st, 2025 (All guests must have their room booked) Deposit: $100 per person is required to secure your room 50% Payment Due: December 1st, 2025 (Half of your trip balance must be paid) Final Payment Due: February 20th, 2026 (Rooms must be paid in full) If you book through our travel agent, you can make payments at your own pace as long as you meet these deadlines. Let us know if you have any questions—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What dates should we book?

We have reserved a book of rooms from May 20, 2026 to May 25, 2026. There is a 3-night minimum stay, but you're welcome to extend your stay if you would like! Reservations for dates outside of this range are subject to availability and will need resort confirmation. If you request to drive before May 20, 2026 or stay beyond May 25, 2026, you will receive and "on request" notice pending confirmation. Amelia & Jody will be there May 20, 2026 - May 24, 2026 before heading to Ocho Rios for their honeymoon!

Travel Protection Details

There are two types of travel protection available, and they must be added at the time of booking (if you choose to purchase it) as they cannot be added later. Travel protection is not required but often recommended. Please note that the cost of travel protection is non-refundable. Detailed information about both options is available during the booking process. If you have any questions, please reach out to Kelli, who will be happy to assist you.

What about flights?

Please note that the room booking link above covers only your hotel stay, airport transfers, and optional travel insurance. you will need to purchase your flights separately. After booking your flight, email the details to Keli so she can include them in your transfer arrangements. If you need assistance finding the best flight, feel free to reach out to Kelli for help.
