What are some things the hotel is doing to keep us all healthy and safe during this event?

Answer

Hotel  Taking employee temperatures at the beginning of each shift.  Employees do not come to work if they are feeling sick or are showing symptoms of Covid- 19.  Employees will wear masks & gloves during your entire event.   Event space will be cleaned with Ecolab approved chemicals before your event.  Hotel & Restaurant have detailed procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. For all the details, please ask to speak to management staff.

What do I need to be aware of for attending this event?

Answer

You  Wearing masks in public areas.  Asking your guests to stay home if they feel sick/feverish or show any other symptoms of Covid-19.  Do not congregate in groups near our team members during your events, i.e., bars, buffet stations.  A mask must be worn at all times. The only time a mask is to be taken off is while eating or drinking.  Only approach our team members when wearing a mask. No exception. In the efforts to keep your guests and our team member safe.  Respect our rules because they are in place to keep us and your guests safe.

What is the attire?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable! If that means jeans and a sport coat, great! If you want an excuse to pull out your suit and heels, don't let anyone stop you!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

If you find the RSVP tab at the top of this page, type your name in, and your party will appear. One person per party is able to RSVP on everyone in their parties behalf.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we want to shout from the rooftop and tell everyone we are getting married, COVID has other plans. There will not be plus ones at our wedding to help us seat everyone with the appropriate social distancing rules.

Do I have to pick something off your registry?

Answer

We are very blessed as is and do not expect anything but your love, support, and prayers on our wedding day. Please do not feel the need to purchase us anything.

What is the plan with COVID during your celebration?

Answer

We have taken COVID guidlines VERY seriously planning our wedding day celebration. We have had to reach out to several loved ones for more remote celebrating. If you do not feel comfortable attending in person, we completely understand. Please just let us know in your RSVP. If you are looking forward to attending in person, know, we have a planned seating chart with social distancing and are following above and beyond CDC guidelines with The Elizabeth Hotel.
