Avila Beach Hotel

We have a block of rooms set aside for our friends at discounted rates. The rooms are available from 5/13/25-5/19-25, with 3 days on either side of those dates for flexibility. Feel free to stay for as long or as little as you like, as long as you're there for the wedding day. There are a few options available, mostly aimed at pairs/couples, but there are also some apartment style rooms available! They're all in the Belle Alliance wing (more on that on their website) and the rooms/rates are as follows: Standard: $188.10 (2 adults) Oceanfront: $233.10 (2 adults) 1 Bedroom: $305.10 (2 adults) 2 Bedroom: $494.10 (4 adults) When emailing the hotel (reservations@avilabeachhotel.com), be sure to include the "discount code" as well as Name, Address, preferred room type, check in/out dates. No payment is needed at the time of booking, but they need a valid credit card to secure the reservation. If you're planning on coming solo and want to share an apartment to cut costs, let one of us know and we can try to coordinate with others. The cutoff date for room requests is 3/13/25. Cancellations are allowed with no penalty if you cancel up to 8 days prior to arrival (hopefully won't be needed information! Anyone with more questions than this answers, text Amelia!

Flight

Curaçao International Airport (CUR)

Jason and I will be arriving on 5/13, leaving Portland on 5/12 if anyone wants to join us in populating a flight! Portland friends: American is the option with the least amount of layovers. U.K friends: it would appear that KLM is the best option for travel, with a layover through Amsterdam. That airport is MASSIVE and one of the flights I can see that leaves from Heathrow has a short layover which probably is not a great idea. London City has a similar journey with a safer amount of time at AMS. Dublin is also an option that seems to be cheaper. East Coast friends: Both Logan and Bradley have flights (Boston is cheaper)
