When should I RSVP by?

How many days should we book?

Answer

Our wedding is on Friday, April 11th, 2025. We are staying Wednesday-Monday, but you can stay for as long or as short as you want. Most of our guests will probably stay Thursday-Sunday.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our wedding day, we ask that you dress in semi-formal beach attire. We will be on the beach, so sandals is a good idea! On other days, be mindful of dress code for indoor dining which can be found on the app (casual vs casual elegant). They may or may not be strict, but please be prepared: ladies are to wear a bathing suit cover-up and gentlemen are to wear long pants for indoor dinner restaurants.

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

What should I bring?

Answer

Passport, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, bathing suits, water shoes, reusable straws, waterproof phone pouches, beach bag, external chargers, downloaded Hyatt Inclusive Collection app, dollar bills for tips. Men - bring a couple button down shirts and closed toe shoes for dinner restaurants. Women - bring a couple of dressy outfits for dinner such as dresses, rompers, jumpsuits, skirts and sandals.
