Our love story began on the little-known app called Hinge. For our first date, Amanda made the first of many long treks to West Hollywood to Melrose Umbrella Co., lured by the promise of tiny umbrellas in her drink. Tragically, we did not find tiny umbrellas that day. But what we found was so much greater. After our second date, Amelia fled across the country to Georgia. She claimed it was to "visit her family for the holidays." But were her feelings simply so strong that they scared her? Amanda would argue yes. But absence made the heart grow fonder, and after nearly a month, Amelia ventured back to California. We went on a few more dates, introduced the dogs (pure chaos), and had some adventures.
