Can I bring someone who is not listed as invited in my party when on Zola?

Answer

No, only individuals listed in your party on the website RSVP can attend. Please respect our guest list, we carefully choose who we would like to celebrate with us. If you have questions, please reach out to Amy and Alex at 360-829-7650.

Is there assigned seating for the reception/dinner?

Answer

Yes, guests will have an assigned table they are designated to be on the seating chart board.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses in pastel shades or floral designs, and gentlemen can wear nice pants and nice button down shirts or polos.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Beer, wine, seltzer and a specialty his and hers drinks for cocktail hour.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are allowed to attend. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue.

Our ceremony will move indoors to the barn.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy. Phones out during the ceremony will not be tolerated.
