When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Our day wouldn't be the same without you there. Please be sure to RSVP by April 5th, 2025 and make a $50 deposit on your room. Unfortunately, as our venue has a strict capacity requirement, we are unable to accept any RSVP confirmations after April 5th.

Can I bring a guest ?

Answer

If your guests' name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can my children come?

Answer

This is an adults-only ceremony and reception with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.

How do I book my room/ flight?

Answer

Our wonderful travel agent has made a site for everyone to book which room they would like. Please select the amount of days you will be attending Mexico. Please go on the travel tab and click "view". If you would like your flight included in your payments, please specify on the notes section

What color will the bridemaids be wearing?

All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a rust/ burnt orange color

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in beach formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:45 pm

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long.
