Do I have to RSVP??

Answer

Yes please RSVP by July 5th, 2026! This helps us ensure that there is enough food and beverages for everyone! Please make sure to RSVP for all in your party. If you do not RSVP you will unfortunately be left out of our final count and we will assume you are declining and will not have a seat saved for you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 2:30pm . Arrive and find your seat by 2:20pm. There will be rows marked for immediate family that will be reserved for those notified.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress for a wedding! Please avoid wearing white/cream/ivory colors. Please be mindful of the weather as August in Pinetop, Az is usually warm and sunny with cooler evenings, but rain is never impossible!

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass area of the venue. Reception will be held inside the barn!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As our venue has a capacity limit, unfortunately, unless stated otherwise on invite, we are unable to accommodate outside our listed guests. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Please feel free to use our wedding as your date night! However, kids are allowed! All kids should be included in the invite/RSVP. Please let us know ASAP if we missed any little ones!

Is there a bar?

Answer

Yes! Alcohol will be present through a bartending service. Please do NOT bring your own alcohol as self serve alcohol is not allowed on site. All alcohol must be obtained through provided bar service. As drinks will not need to be bought, we encourage you to tip the bartenders for their hard work!! If drinking, please ensure you have a safe ride home!

Is smoking allowed??

Answer

Due to fire restrictions and risks in Arizona during this time of year, no smoking will be allowed on venue property.
