Question

What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Out of reverence for our chapel ceremony, please dress in semi-formal / cocktail attire. 🤍 Ladies: Midi, tea-length, floor-length dresses or chic pantsuits. Summer colors welcome—please avoid white. 🤍 Gentlemen: Suit, or dress pants with a button-down shirt, blazer or sport coat is optional. No jeans, please.

Question

Will we change after the ceremoony since its a beach reception?

Answer

YES! We want all of our guests to feel comfortable for the beach reception. During the break between the ceremony and reception, feel free to change into something more casual. Up to you! Heres some ideas: 🤍 Ladies: Summer dresses, shorter or flowy options welcome. 🤍 Gentlemen: Linen, khaki, or similar shorts with a collared shirt. Shoes: Sandals or barefoot—totally fine! We’ll be on the beach. Outfit Change Options: 💒 ➤ 🌊 🤍 Staying nearby? Change during the ceremony-reception gap. 🤍 Staying farther away? --Bring a change of clothes and leave it in your car. 🤍 Ubering (recommended), you can: -- Arrange to change at a friend’s nearby -- Store a small bag in the chapel's back room to take to the reception --Or Uber back to your stay to change, then head to the reception. 🕊️ Wedding Party Dress Code Bridesmaids: Stay in ceremony dresses, barefoot. Groomsmen: Khaki or linen tan shorts + white collared short-sleeve shirt with full button-down front, (not a polo), barefoot.

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes—there will be about a 1-hour gap due to the early ceremony time and venue change. Use this time to: 🤍 Change & freshen up 🤍 Grab a drink or bite 🤍 Explore something fun from our “Things to Do” tab!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

🤍 Ceremony: Limited parking at Seaside Chapel. Please carpool or Uber if possible. 🤍 Reception: Open parking is available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

🤍 Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask guests to arrive no later than 3:45 pm.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

🤍 Children are welcome to the ceremony, reception, and after party, however, we will provide a babysitter at the ceremony to watch any children under 5 years old in the chapel front room.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

🤍 For the sake of intimacy, we have only invited our families and closest friends. We have reserved a limited amount of seats and for that reason, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless it was indicated on your RSVP!
