Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before August 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest possible opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final head counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus one unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will also be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages under 10 including infants and toddlers. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No white please :) Keep in mind the ceremony is to take place outside (weather permitting).

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend guest arrive between 5:45-6:00 PM. If staying at the Courtyard at Marriott (Ronkonkoma), there will be a shuttle to bring guest to the venue accommodating this arrival time. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend cocktail hour and the reception so hang tight! Thank you for understanding!
