For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hampton Inn & Suites in Windsor. You can book using our specialized link below, or by phone call. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Ambrose -Cruchett Wedding in order to receive our discounted rate. Please call (707)837-9355 to make your reservation. Due to the holiday weekend, all hotels in this area are requiring a minimum of a 2-night stay. We very strongly recommend booking here as our shuttle service will go directly from the hotel to the venue, as well as make return trips. Availability for booking within this block will end one month prior to our wedding weekend.
Shuttle

A shuttle will be bringing guests to our venue from the main hotel block prior to the start of our ceremony. It will be available to run hourly for those who forget their dancing shoes :) We highly encourage our guests to use this shuttle, as accessibility by Uber/Lyft will be very limited. There will not be parking available at the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, please arrange transport to the hotel in order to catch the shuttle.
Flight
We recommend flying to Oakland International Airport (OAK) for this weekend. While the San Francisco airport has more options, you will have to fight traffic between the airport to SF as well as going over the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a great choice if you tend to fly Southwest Airlines. It will be easiest if you rent a car, but from Oakland you can also take a partial journey by Amtrak train, followed by a bus to Healdsburg. Please do keep in mind that traffic will be worse than usual due to the holiday weekend, so budget yourself extra travel time.
Flight
SFO has the largest number of airlines and flight options near us. It's a great choice if you are looking for flexibility. From SFO, you can rent a car or take buses chartered by Amtrak. However, we expect that traffic coming out of San Francisco will be pretty dense all weekend. Please keep this in mind when selecting your flight times.

This small airport is the closest to Healdsburg. It has fairly limited options, but is super convenient if they happen to have a flight that works for you!
